You retain ownership of the images and content you upload or create using MixPic. By using the Service, you grant MixPic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Prohibited Content
Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove any content that violates these guidelines or any law, at our sole discretion.
AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Use of AI Technology
MixPic uses artificial intelligence to transform and remix user-provided images. By using these features, you acknowledge that the output is generated by automated systems and may produce unpredictable or imperfect results.
Your Rights
You retain ownership over the original images you upload. For AI-generated outputs, you grant MixPic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not violate any third-party rights.
Content Responsibility
We do not review AI-generated content before it is shown or downloaded. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or violates any laws or rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or remove content or accounts that misuse the AI features.
No Guarantee of Accuracy or Suitability
The AI may generate results that are unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Use at your own risk. MixPic does not guarantee the suitability of outputs for any particular purpose.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:

FEES AND PAYMENT
Some features may be paid. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the term ends. We may adjust pricing at any time, with or without notice.

All content, trademarks, and branding on the Service (excluding user content) belong to MixPic or its licensors. You may not use our brand assets without our prior written permission.
